LunchLift connects offices with local independent restaurants for catering. This page explains what information we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, work email, company, phone number, office location, and catering details, when you send them to us through our website forms, by email, or through a LinkedIn lead form.
- For restaurant partners: business details and agreement signatures on our partner pages, including signer name, email, timestamp, and IP address.
- Phone calls with restaurants may be recorded for quality and training.
- Basic server logs from our host, Vercel, such as IP address and browser type. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts.
How we use it
We use your information to arrange tastings and catering orders, answer your questions, and run our relationship with restaurant partners. We share an office's details with a restaurant only when we are arranging that office's tasting or order. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use outside services to run LunchLift:
- Vercel for website hosting
- Email providers for sending and receiving email
- Twilio for phone calls
- Stripe for payments, if payments are used
- LinkedIn, if you submit a LinkedIn lead form
These providers handle information only as needed to provide their service to us.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of our emails, at any time. Write to hello@lunchlift.com and we will take care of it.
Children
LunchLift is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
